What do you look for in a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Contractor?
A company that -
Charges a fair market rate
TNE will not charge customers excessive rates as do some large national HVAC service providers and our customers who have service contracts fair even better. We constantly strive to be as efficient as possible and we work to keep our charge out rates as low as possible. We feel can best serve our customers and save them resources by putting them under our service umbrellas.
Tradesmen of New England (TNE), LLC is a modest sized mechanical contractor based in Bloomfield, CT. Our service area stems from Western Massachusetts to the Connecticut Coast.
Our expertise is in the maintenance and service of commercial/industrial mechanical systems and their associated controls systems, be it electromechanical, pneumatic, or Automation.
We listen to, and partner with, our customers. We look to offer them real solutions to their problems. We respond to their concerns with an open mind and a willingness to evolve in a way that makes us a company better able to serve our customers.
We believe that the quality of service along with a sincere interest in the customer’s satisfaction is absolutely essential in maintaining a positive image of not only Tradesmen of New England, but of the products we install as well. All too often a project gets completed, but the customer does not get the same attention at the end of the job as they did when the contractor was trying to secure the work. The customer can then be left with a negative perception of the product as well as of the contractor. In many cases this can be avoided by placing a stronger emphasis on educating the customer about their system.
